Commercial Refurbishment & Demolition Survey
From £395 + VATRequired before any fit-out, refurbishment, extension, or demolition work. Fully intrusive — accesses void spaces, ceiling voids, risers, and floor voids. Identifies every ACM in the planned works area.

Commercial Re-Inspection Survey
From £145 + VATPeriodic condition monitoring of known ACMs. Required where asbestos is being managed in situ. Checks that materials have not deteriorated and updates the asbestos register. Typically conducted annually or bi-annually.
